TECHNICAL CONVERTING PAPER S.A. has a quality control department for both the products produced, and the raw materials supplied. This way, all papers received from raw material suppliers, which will have to meet the required specifications to be included in the production process for tubes and corners, will be checked for humidity, weight and thickness. The next stage of quality control is conducted during production by the operator of each group that supports the production line, for weight, thickness and length of the products produced. The quality control department simultaneously takes samples from each production line to validate the above measurements with certified measuring instruments, while at the same time it conducts additional laboratory tests with specialized instruments for compression, strength, endurance and humidity of finished products.
